Biography
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoan has been Deputy Director of Technology at Petrolimex Hanoi Transportation and Trading Joint Stock Company since October 2003. He was Head of Technology Office at the Company from July 1999 to September 2003. Before that, he was with Petrolimex Hanoi Co., Ltd. from 1980 to 1999. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engine.
