Mr. Fong Nyuk Loon has been Member of the Board of Management at PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy Joint Stock Company since August 1, 2013. He is a Construction Engineer. He is Vice President-Design and Deputy Managing Director-Technical of the Asia-Pacific Offshore and Onshore Project of Technip Geoproduction (M) Sdn Bhd.
