Biography
Mr. Ho Kha Thinh has been Chief Accounting Officer at PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy Joint Stock Company, formerly PetroVietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering Joint Stock Company, since August 2006. He was its Member of the Board of Management from August 2006 to April 25, 2012. He was Specialist under Nhon Trach Reciprocating Electricity Project Management Committee from April 2006 to July 2006. From 2001 to 2006, he had been Head of Accounting Office of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Services Joint Stock Company.
