Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuong has been Deputy General Director of PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy Joint Stock Co since March 1, 2013. He is Director of the Design Consultancy Center. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Geology.
