Biography
Mr. Pham Thanh Minh has been Deputy General Director of PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy Joint Stock Company, formerly PetroVietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering Joint Stock Company, since November 2001. He was its Member of the Board of Management from January 2007 to June 21, 2011. He was Director of Building Inspection and Examination Service Unit of the Company during 2006. During 2001, he had been Acting Director of Gas Construction Unit of the Company. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration.
