Biography
Having swam competitively for many years, I have always had a fascination with how the body overcomes injury and returns to full function. Pursuing this interest, I graduated from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. I then moved to London where I worked in a variety of clinical settings and completed numerous educational courses, including Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping & Hydrotherapy. Placing a strong emphasis on both hands-on techniques as well as exercise and lifestyle interventions, I work closely with my patients to achieve the goals that are important to them. I am passionate about helping people and look forward to meeting new clients on their journey to improving their quality of life.”
