Biography
Mr. Bergy joined the Company in 1994 as the Corporate Controller. In 1996, he became Vice President, Finance of our Medical division and then Vice President, Finance of the corporation in 1998. In January 2003, he became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also held the role of Secretary from January 2003 to February 2005, and resigned as Vice President, CFO in March 2009. Mr. Bergy continued to be an advisor to the CFO and became Secretary in September 2011. He also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Corporate Secretary from October 2012 until April 2013. Prior to joining us, Mr. Bergy was an Audit Senior Manager for Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Bergy holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant. He completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School in 2001.
