"Tim provides strategic legal and compliance advice to Zuellig Pharma. As General Counsel he oversees the legal affairs of the company, including contractual relationships with the company’s Clients and other partners, acquisitions and joint ventures. As Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for setting and implementing guidelines and processes that ensure Zuellig Pharma’s strict compliance standards are understood and upheld across the organization. Tim joined Zuellig Pharma in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of legal experience to the company. He has worked as in-house legal counsel for a number of multinational companies across a range of sectors including fitness, telecommunications and business process outsourcing (BPO) and has also held positions in international law firms in Hong Kong and the United States"
