Biography
Lara Kroll has served as our Vice President Accounting and Controller since January 2017. Previously, Ms. Kroll served as our Controller since June 2015, as our Assistant Controller since October 2011 and as our Manager of Financial Reporting and Internal Controls since joining Oasis in January 2010. Ms. Kroll has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Oasis, Ms. Kroll held positions of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Houston audit practice, working with numerous clients in the energy sector handling SEC filings, financial reporting, internal controls and Board reporting. Ms. Kroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University.
