Biography
Karla Lundquist has served as our Vice President Human Resources since January 2017. Previously, Ms. Lundquist served as Human Resources Director (or similar capacities) since June 2011 and has over 30 years of experience. Ms. Lundquist’s oil and gas experience prior to Oasis includes Human Resources positions of increasing responsibility with ConocoPhillips, Burlington Resources, Plains Exploration and Production and Coastal Corporation. Ms. Lundquist also spent several years in Human Resources positions within the healthcare sector. Ms. Lundquist received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas and received her certification in compensation from The American Compensation Association (World at Work).
