Biography
Dr. Brady earned his bachelor's degree in English Literature and Journalism from Western Carolina University, his M.S. in Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, and the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. After working in administration for approximately 40 years for some of the country’s largest health care organizations, Dr. Brady retired and transitioned into full-time teaching. Dr. Brady joined Methodist University in 2013.
Research Interest
Dr. Brady’s primary research interest deals with quality improvement in the health care field. His studies examine the leadership philosophies and management styles within health care organizations and their impact on patient care and overall quality.
