Biography
Victoria Allen is a consultant in Methodist University's Writing Center. She has lived in the Fayetteville area since 1989, graduating from Pine Forest High School in 2000. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from Methodist University in 2003. Vicky is enrolled in East Carolina University's online graduate program, and is working on earning a master's degree in English with a concentration in technical and professional communication. Before returning to Methodist University, she worked as a copy editor and page designer for The Fayetteville Observer for more than seven years, and continues to work as a freelance editor. Vicky also has taught developmental reading and writing courses at a local community college. Vicky is an avid reader, and also enjoys writing and cooking, as well as spending time with her children, family, and friends.
